BLUEBERRY OAT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Over Ripe Banana

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

  • Sprouts (optional)

  • No Salt Added Smooth Peanut Butter.

DIRECTIONS

Mash banana and combine egg, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds - fold in oats and blueberries.

Add a little butter to a sauce pan over med heat, let melt.

Using an ice cream scooper, scoop individual servings. Cook for one minute or so then CAREFULLY flip w spatula.

Stack & add peanut butter! YUM!
